Pick Up Policy
To help us maintain a calm, safe and relaxing environment, we ask that all pups be picked up within 30 minutes of receiving their completion text.
While waiting for pickup, your pup will rest safely in a private playpen. Traditional crates are not routinely used and will only be used when they are the safest option for a dog’s individual behavioral or comfort needs. Dogs are never loose together or permitted to interact.
We understand that unexpected delays happen, so please keep us informed if you are running late. Pets picked up more than one hour after their completion text will be subject to a flat $30 extended-care fee.
Matted Coat Policy
Severely matted coats can cause pain, skin irritation, and hidden medical issues. If your pet cannot be safely and humanely de-matted, we will recommend shaving the coat.
By authorizing a shave-down, you understand that your pet's appearance will change, hidden skin conditions may become visible, and minor nicks or irritation may occur due to the condition of the coat. Royalty Pet Grooming is not responsible for conditions that existed prior to grooming or became apparent after mat removal.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows may be charged 100%.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, and fees may be waived at our discretion. Royalty Pet Grooming also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary.
Vaccine & Health Policy
For the safety of all pets, dogs must be current on their rabies vaccination and healthy enough to be groomed. Please let us know before your appointment about any illnesses, injuries, medications, allergies, skin conditions, mobility concerns, behavioral concerns, or other health conditions that may affect grooming.
Pets showing signs of a contagious illness or parasites should not come to the salon. Grooming may be modified or discontinued at any time if we feel it is necessary for your pet’s health, comfort, or safety.
Behavior & Safety Policy
Please let us know about any known behavioral concerns, aggression, anxiety, or sensitivities before your pet’s appointment so we can provide the safest and most comfortable experience possible.
Your pet’s well-being always comes first. Grooming may be modified, paused, or discontinued if your pet becomes excessively stressed or if continuing would be unsafe for your pet or groomer. Royalty Pet Grooming reserves the right to refuse service when necessary for safety.
Our Calm & Safe Waiting Policy
Your dog receives personalized, one-on-one care throughout their appointment. Traditional grooming cages are not used unless necessary for the safety of your pup.
Dogs are never loose together or allowed to interact, private, comfortable pens may be used while waiting for pickup. Our goal is to provide a calm, peaceful environment where every dog feels safe and comfortable.
Flea & Tick Policy
Pets must arrive free of fleas and ticks. If they are discovered, the owner will be notified and a flea-and-tick shampoo may be provided for an additional $15. Significant infestations may require the grooming service to be discontinued and pick up requested immediately. Additional cleaning or sanitation fees may apply. If ticks are found, the owner will be notified and advised to contact their veterinarian.
Pricing Policy
All listed prices are starting prices. Final pricing is based on your dog’s size, breed, coat condition, temperament, service time and grooming requirements

Your dog receives individual attention during their scheduled appointment. Other dogs may be present in the salon, but dogs are never loose together or permitted to interact.
We primarily use comfortable individual playpens for finished dogs awaiting pickup. Traditional crates are only used when they are the safest option for a dog’s individual behavioral or comfort needs.
